We are sorry but we do not accept any refunds. If you would prefer we can offer you a shop credit which can be used on any full-priced item.

We will gladly exchange if you are unhappy with a size, colour or if you find damage to a product on arrival, with a product that is still available in our store. We can however not exchange any Jewellery .

Exchanges will only be allowed if a product is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn and all tags are still intact. An Exchange needs to be requested within 7 days of purchase.

All courier costs regarding the return will be charged for your own account.

Sale, end of season or sample items will not be exchanged.
